FILTEC Thread insert is a new type of fastener with internal thread. During the assembly process, the installation tool is added to the torque of the mounting handle to make the diameter of the guide ring shrink elastic, so as to enter the internal thread hole with the special thread sheath tapping in advance. After installation, the thread sheath produces an expansion similar to the spring, so that it is firmly fixed in the internal screw hole. The threaded sheath thus forms a high precision internal thread that meets international standards.
